  • To ensure 4PL interface properly process between distributor system and JNJ MedTech SAP without any error. To resolve any errors, occur and ensure sales and inventory data aligns with distributor system at all times. He/she is required to perform daily sales reporting and final sales reporting for MedTech. He/she required to actively support all consignment activity including performing stock count, monitoring the consignment stock and processing of any consignment related request.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Interface
  • Perform daily Interface and ensuring that the sales performed by Distributor transfer to our SAP system correctly without any error.
  • Troubleshoot data error if any received from distributor and work with distributor to identify cause and resolution of errors.
  • Propose possible system upgrades or improvement to SAP interface system as appropriate.
1. Consignment management
  • Support consignment count for the consignment stock and perform stocks reconciliation.
  • To improve inventory health at consignment location, reduce consignment complexity and partnering with Commercial, Distributor for process governance alignment.
1. Processes and Reporting
  • Perform monthly sales reconciliation & inventory after closing.
  • Collect data and prepares routine reports for management review.
  • Process distributor or other vendor invoices for payment on time.
  • Perform other special projects and functions as assigned.
  • Participate actively in alignment and adherent to business objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Review processes and SOPs from time to time to ensure an efficient process
Key Business Result:
  • Complete data interface from 3PL/4PL system to JNJ SAP system with no data discrepancy.
Consignment count completion according to stock count plan.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience and prior exposure in a shipping/ freight forwarding industry would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of warehousing methods and procedures, of inventory and stock control record keeping, of automated inventory-control systems will have an advantage. Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, possess initiative and able to work independently, able to work in a fast paced and volatile environment.
  • System: SAP ERP, strong in Analytical skill, Problem Solving and PC literate, understanding of basic business finance, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural environment, as well as an ability to work in a matrix environment are required. Having Flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever- changing supply chain environment and organization development driven.
