Department: Material Planning & Procurement





Process Streamlining - Assisting in the development and maintenance of workflows that support efficient procurement activities, from initial order placement to final delivery Demand Planning - Reviewing daily orders to monitor demand trends and adjusting procurement plans accordingly to avoid overstocking or stockouts Data Analysis - Support material planning by analysing inventory data, track material usage, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes Vendor Management - Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards Order Processing - Assist in the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials. Data Entry - Input and update data related to material planning, vendor information, and order details into company databases and ERP systems Ad-hoc Tasks - Provide support on various projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
