This person must have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication with a demonstrated proficiency in forecasting and statistics. This role will require optimizing inventory and encouraging asset utilisation.Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the supply plan, implementing strategies to reduce out of stock and over stock issue and determining priorities
- Responsible in making adjustments to the operational purchase plan and stock balance
- Managing and coordination purchases with respective brands for the monthly replenishment cycles
- Key lead in monthly pre S&OP meetings
- Assessing the inventory storage capabilities and financial structure of the business
- Participating and supporting the process improvement initiatives like implementation of BI tools
- Have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within the supply planning space
- Preferably from a FMCG background and must be from commercial setting (Non production and non-manufacturing)
- Have proficiency experience is using softwares like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
