Company Overview Our client was established in 2005. Located in Kuala Lumpur, the regional service hub has approximately 1,100 employees and growing. Focused on being a competency and digitalization driven hub, it also provides quality functional and know-how services in the areas of finance, controlling, human resources, real estate and facilities management, communications, environmental, health and safety, procurement, import-export order management, and information services to client\'s companies and affiliates in the Asia Pacific region. Our client also has two other regional hubs located in Berlin, Germany, and Montevideo, Uruguay that cover the Europe and Americas regions.

Job Responsibilities Supply Planning:

• Monthly planning of formulant, products formulated and filled at ID and IN for rolling 36-months in line with the demand requirements (including upside/ downsides, agreed product allocation)
• Ensure timely supply to customer demand with minimum excess inventory at end of season to achieve regional inventory targets
• Collaborate with AI planner and detailed planner to ensure timely execution of formulation plan and material availability on-time and in full
• Optimize inventory of all products to enable high supply reliability while reducing cost of capital
• Ensure usage of planning system to plan the supply of all materials and ensure all planning related master data are up to date.

Performance Management:

• Coordinate all planning and production related non-conformance management activities and ensure timely closure of NCMs with concrete mitigation measures.
• Participate in monthly inventory reduction calls and supply review meetings to address key issues
• Responsible to achieve all core SC KPI and process related targets for the given portfolio

Continuous Improvement and Projects:

• Support/ drive implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning, inventory management, portfolio management and/or other SC activities
• Act as SC representative for all ID and IN operations projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
• 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of relevant experience planning, tolling management, logistics management
• Supply Chain planning and scheduling, operations. Understanding of Crop Protection business and SAP knowledge are strong advantage
• Good command in English
