Supply Planning Senior Analyst

Job Description

This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, optimising inventory, and maintaining seamless coordination across manufacturing, procurement, and market supply teams.
Supply Replenishment Planning:
Develop and execute Finished Goods supply plans to balance demand across regional warehouses and stocking points, ensuring accurate dependent demand signals are placed on manufacturing and source sites via Kinaxis Maestro.
Capacity & Network Analysis:
Conduct medium to long-term supply network projections and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to identify potential constraints, recommend mitigation, and support the Supply Review stage of the S&OP process.
Short-Term Support:
Collaborate with Deployment Planners to resolve short-term supply constraints, ensuring customer service levels are met without compromising operational efficiency.
Planning Data Governance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning parameters-including lead times, service levels, and replenishment settings-in accordance with global planning governance standards.
Production Planning:
Develop and manage mid-to-long-term production plans across multiple manufacturing sites, aligning production schedules with demand forecasts and inventory objectives.
Inventory Optimisation:
Ensure optimal inventory availability while minimising excess stock and obsolescence. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to stockouts, overstocking, or capacity limitations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with Deployment Planners, Production Teams, Procurement, and Market Supply Leads to ensure synchronised product flow and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
S&OE / S&OP Participation:
Actively support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles by providing supply insights, highlighting key constraints, and proposing solutions that balance cost, inventory, and service performance.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyse key Supply Planning KPIs such as Inventory Health, IFOT (Inbound Fill On Time), and DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time), driving continuous improvement in supply reliability and responsiveness.

  • Contract: 1 year
  • Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA from a recognised business school.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in supply or production planning within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in Supply Planning using advanced digital tools, ideally Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or JD Edwards (JDE).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across geographies.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple demands in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical supply chains will be an added advantage.
