- To provide technical support to Service Department in servicing and maintenance services - Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support such as installation, configuration, commissioning and integration works. - Provide technical solution whenever its required and product training to customer - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a systematic and logical manner and maintain good communications with relevant parties throughout troubleshooting process Requirement - Diploma /Degree/equivalent qualification majoring in Computer Science/IT/ Telecommunications/Electronics & Electrical /Engineering or related field - Minimum 1-year solid integration/migration/cutover experience in networking and telecommunications including familiarity of work procedures is an added advantage. -Must have knowledge in AVAYA Telephony Solution system /PABX System -Fresh graduate are encourage to apply Desirable Experience - Energetic and able to work independently with minimum supervision. - Good initiative with strong interpersonal & presentation skills - Able to communicate with all levels of people. - Must willing to travel and possess own transport. - Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin.
