Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

To provide support and maintain existing application using Java and/or more programming language. To translate functional and design requirements into desired solutions. To provide an end-to-end technical support to clients. To be involved in existing application change requests. To be involved in development and execution of test scenarios for functional system integration. To perform product development documentation. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field. Required Skills: JAVA, J2SE or J2EE, JSP Database: MySQL & MS SQL Operating System: Windows & Linux Willing to work on weekend (subject to shift) and night shift for deployment. Allowance will be provided. Database knowledge of any MySQL/NOSQL/ORACLE including experience working with procedures, triggers and indexes. Experience in mobile application development and any other programming language is an added advantage. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under a tight schedule with minimal supervision. * Good problem solving skills and actively learning and testing new technologies
