BigData tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Squirro Data visualisation & BI tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, MicroStrategy. Distributed services coordination/synchronisation tools such as Zookeeper, Yarn Microservices management tools such as Kong, Istio, Jersey In-memory/Distributed databases like Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, Hazelcast, Postgres DevOps tool stack such as Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, GIT, Maven, Docker, Rundeck Messaging/Streaming tools like Kafka, Active MQ Programming/Scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Power shell, Java / J2EE Basics of Oracle/MS SQL database administration Basics of Unix/Linux, Windows administration, OpenShift, Kubernetes AWS/Azure cloud platform support Responsibilities . . Act as a bridge between Development & Operations . Responsible for faster production incidents resumption, root cause identification, defects fixing . Responsible for identifying & delivering improvement opportunities such as, Manual task automations, Performance/Throughput improvements, Batch optimisation etc, that will ultimately improve the production service/stability .
