• Handling incoming/outgoing calls, managing service enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issues related to the company\'s products.
• Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
• Assist for any technical inquiries.

The Successful Applicant:

• Required language for this role: English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates must possess at least an SPM and above.
• Able to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Industry.
• Fresh graduates who are interested in starting their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply: full on the job training provided.
• Applicants must be able to join immediately.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
