Report to Service Manager.
Serve customers at the front desk and cover onsite services when necessary.
Handle documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
Answer customer calls and respond to email inquiries promptly.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and schedules to meet daily demands and quality standards.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
At least a SKM / Diploma / Degree certification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
6-12 months of working experience in Sales & Service of IT-related industry will be an added advantage.
Candidates with technical knowledge and experiences in sales / business / manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
