\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct on-site surveillance and mystery shopper activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report on non-compliant findings immediately and discuss the outcome with the HOD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Mystery Shopper reports are completed in the best interest of the company and submit the report in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper records of evidence obtained during field visits and file them systematically in the office.
