Job Description
About the job:
\xc2\xb7 Conduct phone interview
\xc2\xb7 Follow set questions in a survey questionnaire
\xc2\xb7 Annotate the answers on a survey form / survey device
\xc2\xb7 Keep a record of the interview for review by survey supervisor
Skills and knowledge requirement:
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of their interview topic and different interview methods
\xc2\xb7 Good typing and computer skills
Other requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma and above or with survey experience
\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
\xc2\xb7 Malaysian citizens
\xc2\xb7 Good at listening and understanding skills to accurately record information
\xc2\xb7 Tactful, patient, polite and friendly
\xc2\xb7 Able to follow instructions
\xc2\xb7 Pleasant personality with good communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Accurate and honest when recording information
\xc2\xb7 Able to keep information private
\xc2\xb7 Good at planning and organizing
Additional information:
\xc2\xb7 Training, work space and equipment (computer and telephone) will be provided
\xc2\xb7 Commencement date: As soon as possible, after successful interview session
\xc2\xb7 Office location is nearby Lembah Subang LRT Station (within 10 minutes walking distance)
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Working hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: RM80.00 per day
Expected hours: 40 per week
