Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Land Surveying or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating land surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Experience in conducting boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and data processing.
• Strong drafting skills using AutoCAD software to prepare survey maps and plans.
• Ability to interpret survey data and prepare accurate survey reports.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with relevant skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various surveying instruments and techniques, including total stations, GPS, and levels, to collect accurate field data.
• Process survey data using specialized software to create topographic maps, boundary surveys, and other survey-related drawings.
• Prepare detailed survey drawings, plats, and legal descriptions using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
• Assist in boundary surveys, including researching property deeds, analyzing survey data, and resolving boundary disputes.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Perform topographic surveys to gather data for engineering design and construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide survey-related information and support project requirements.
