Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Green Building Compliance

Ensure all site activities meet green building standards and certification requirements (e.g., GreenRE, LEED). Coordinate documentation and liaise with consultants for certification audits.
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management

Monitor IAQ parameters during construction and post-completion, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Prepare IAQ reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 procedures, including conducting internal audits, preparing reports, and supporting external audits.
Scheduled Waste Management

Oversee proper handling, storage, and disposal of scheduled waste in compliance with DOE regulations. Maintain accurate records and submit scheduled waste reports.
ESG Reporting

Collect data and prepare reports for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance, including sustainability metrics for Bursa Malaysia requirements.
CSR Event Coordination

Support planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives such as environmental campaigns, community engagement programs, and sustainability awareness activities.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to local environmental laws and maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
Requirements:

Min 1 to 2 years experiences, fresh graduate are welcome. Advantage: CEPSWAM certification Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens only

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
