Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Sustainability Department as an Intern. This internship presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of sustainability while contributing to meaningful projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our sustainability team to support initiatives that align with our sustainability commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

: Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices. Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes within the department.

Project Support

: Assist in the implementation of sustainability projects, including but not limited to financial literacy, recycling etc. Collaborate with team members in launching the projects

Physical Annual General Meeting

: Assist in planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of the physical Annual General Meeting, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual arrangements, and participant registration.

Preparation of Annual Report

: Work closely with internal departments to gather information and data for the Annual Report and sustainability statement

Data Management & sustainability website updates

: Collect, organize, and maintain sustainability-related data and to update the relevant info on the website. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for various stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field would be advantageous. Strong interest in sustainability Excellent research and analytical skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,050.00 per month
