About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

Heads up the Commercial Cards and Business Cards portfolio, responsible for managing a team with overall responsibility for managing the growth, profitability of the Commercial cards, oversee Sales and Channels, in collaboration with the segment bank and regional teams. This role is in alignment with the regional direction with the intent to ensure a specialized role to drive a focused approach on commercial cards.

Job Requirements

• 10-15 years of Cards Experience
• Strong Leadership Attributes with proven track record in leading dynamic teams.
• Proven excellent interpersonal skills & negotiation skills
• Experience in managing businesses with strong financial and analytical skills
• In-depth understanding on execution & credit card/ commercial cards processes.
• Experience in risk & data management would be an advantage
• In-depth experienced with managing relationships, driving cross department collaboration.
• Agent of change and influence with track record on achieving goals and targets.
