Overview:
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage the breadth of ERWIN software products and services portfolio across the APJ region all within verticals from mid-size to major accounts.

Responsibilities:
This position will look at a balanced sales effort of software products (Data Intelligence) and services knowledge and grow the territory and accounts based to attain financial objectives.


Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Identifies appropriate software products and services to meet the full range of customer needs
• Identifies cost effective and practical alternatives for the customer by bundling software products/service \xe2\x80\x9csolutions\xe2\x80\x9d to maximize Quest\xe2\x80\x99s opportunity while meeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
• Point of contact for escalated issues
• Skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results and meet customer needs
• Understands customers\xe2\x80\x99 business and solutions requirements
• Territory/regional account management, including account planning and sales forecasting
• Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
• Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account

• 
  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Specialized breadth or depth of knowledge as well as a proven record of sales success
• Overall product line knowledge in Data Intelligence
• Understands customer\xe2\x80\x99s decision-making process, goals, objectives and strategies
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Assesses potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
• Develops product solutions for customers
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships
