We are seeking a IBM Maximo (CMMS) Administrator that can be responsible for the technical support of the client\'s enterprise maintenance management system and interfaces with back-end support from our entire technical and management team. The person is expecting to manage the daily operational performance and manage all facets including requirements definition, system development, management, administration, and troubleshooting. Essential Duties And Responsibilities To be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system Assist in adding, modifying, and granting access to Maximo EAM system. Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, workflow development and administration. Act as point of contact for the day-to-day operations. Provides support to users for applicable problems and solutions as the facilitator and subject matter expert Assist trainers with the creation of content to train new users on the use of the Maximo system Work with other IT professionals to integrate Maximo with other systems Desired experience with Maximo REST APIs integrations Update Maximo configurable functionalities and custom functionalities Keep the system up to date on the latest Maximo releases and updates Support Maximo validation activities by updating documentation, updating test plans, testing Maintain and expand the Maximo administration and users guide knowledgebase Occasionally provide system administration support for other systems such as OSI PI Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions Manage change management process for CMMS data including the identification communication of impact of the change, data collection and modification, preparation, and migration Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable work experience in relevant domain. Requires 3-5 years of working experience in Maximo implementations and software development, technical support, solutions deployment, or consulting of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management Solutions (EAM) Experience with various web API\'s and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) is highly preferred.
