Job description Job description Lead and manage the IKEA Swedish Food Market and IKEA Bistro to fulfil the purpose of function by building business and people together. Ensure creating a positive final impression for store visitors that both enhances Swedishness and gives them an appealing welcome back offer. Your assignment To ensure the shop and products displays are always fresh and look appealing and daily work routines are in place. To ensure daily work routines are in place. Work proactively to avoid bottlenecks and consistently improve customer satisfaction. To ensure a good sales forecast, thus enabling proper supply planning, ordering, efficient goods handling and stock control. To implement the IKEA HACCP plan to meet and secure the store\'s requirements. Ensure the HACCP routines are known and followed in all daily work. To contribute actively in the development and implementation of a clear IKEA Food action plan for the store using the store business plan and country business plan. Ensure our customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile. Qualification Experience inusing commercial opportunities to attract visitors. Experience in creating long-term action plans and setting budgets and following up on goals and proven record of meeting agreed goals. Business experience and knowledge from either IKEA Food or another part of IKEA retailing. Service-minded and always keep the customer in focus. Enjoy working in a vibrant retail environment.
