We are looking for passionate and experienced swim instructors to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Instructor to teach swimming lessons to children and adults of various skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and safe learning environment. You will work closely with students to improve their swimming abilities while maintaining a focus on safety and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality swim lessons that align with our curriculum Instruct swimmers on proper techniques for various strokes, water safety, and survival skills Provide individual feedback and guidance to students to help them progress Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a vigilant watch during lessons Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress Prepare students for swim assessments and certification exams Set up and clean up pool areas before and after lessons Adhere to all safety and company guidelines

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM Able to speak English fluently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Ability to work on both weekends Ability to work independently and as part of a team No Coaching Experience Needed
