Job Description

• Swimming Skills: Must be proficient in breaststroke and freestyle, able to swim a minimum of 100 meters for each stroke.
• Experience: Comfortable working with diverse groups, including children, adults, and individuals with special needs.
• Certification: (Specify if ILS, CPR, or any other certification is required, or leave blank if not mandatory).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Malay, Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Swimming Classes: Deliver high-quality swim lessons to a wide range of students, from beginners to advanced swimmers, ensuring safety and adherence to Swim Up Academy\'s methodology.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement customized lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of individual students, incorporating fun and effective teaching techniques.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress regularly, provide feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Class Management: Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and standards.
