Swim Coach Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and implement training sessions in the water for both the development of basic skills and performance.
Teach swimming across the entire school community.
Enforce pool safety and hygiene rules.
Provides emergency care and treatment as required.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policy.
Allocate resources effectively for all poolside lessons and ensure pool safety equipment is in place and in working order.
Be responsible for monitoring the general tidiness and cleanliness of the pool facilities and report any concerning issues.
Contributing to the wider PE programme/events and other school duties as required

Swim Coach Requirements and Qualifications

Possess at least a relevant Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Education in Sports or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a postgraduate qualification in teaching.
A minimum of 2 years swimming coaching & teaching experience, from Early Years to upper secondary and preferable with experience in an international school.
Candidate with a swimming Certification is required
Candidate with a certificate in First Aid / CPR would be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including mentoring, managing and enabling other coaches, staff and partners.
Motivated with a friendly personality.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
