About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency for day-to-day operations. You will work closely with internal teams to provide technical support, manage network systems, and ensure data security compliance.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and system performance.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

Support office IT requirements, including hardware setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements (Must-Have):

Minimum 1 year of experience in System Administration, IT Support, or a related role.

Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and data backup solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization.

Understanding of cybersecurity practices.

Diploma/Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
