Job description

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in application and solution design sessions.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, infrastructure teams, deployment teams, and vendors.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into comprehensive design documents and create system documentation to capture essential design decisions.
• Design and develop applications in line with change requests and project requirements.
• Test, maintain, and propose software enhancements to ensure robust functionality and optimization.
• Exhibit functional experience in any of the following domains: Credit Origination, Loan, Card, Credit Scoring, or Credit Risk, within retail or corporate settings.

Requirements:

• A degree with over 8 years of current, hands-on analysis experience.
• A solid grasp of banking, along with the practical application of banking technology and regulatory compliance.
• Experience across complete software development lifecycles, including both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications and data mapping, with the ability to elaborate on functional specifications based on user requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Credit Origination business processes and workflows in both retail and corporate domains.
• Comprehensive understanding of Credit Origination system functionalities and their interfaces with other banking systems and external stakeholders.
