Application & System Support
a. Perform functional troubleshooting, triage and resolution tracking for production issues
b. Log, follow up and collaborate with vendor on fixes or patches
c. Monitor batch processing, interface health and SLA adherence for key processes
Change Request (CR) Execution
a. Coordinate CR impact analysis, documentation, release preparation and relevant testing
b. Maintain CR backlog, track delivery timelines and update stakeholders on status
c. Participate in CAB or release meetings to ensure quality deployment
d. Act as primary escalation points for issues and problems related to core applications
Integration
a. Perform monitoring and health checks on core system integration (meeting SLAs for availability and latency)
b. Validate data flow and data transformation and interface error handling.
Documentation & Compliance
a. Maintain SOPs, change logs, interface documentation and data dictionaries
b. Assist in producing audit evidence and RMIT required documentation.
c. Ensure change and issue tickets are correctly logged and updated.

Stakeholder Support
a. Inform business users to communicate system behaviour and issues.
b. Translate business needs into clear system actions and relay feedback to relevant parties
c. Build productive working relationships with vendors and internal technology teams
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
