Job Opportunity for System Analysts for a leading construction equipment company! Your new role You will be responsible for the company\'s software troubleshooting instances, OS, database and network issues as well. You will be required to build and maintain a systematic log system on complaints and queries for the company\'s stakeholders. As the expert of the systems, you will be tasked to provide training and guidance for new customers whilst also self-studying on the company\'s products prior to training. To be diligent in complying with predetermined KPIs and reporting your status on a weekly basis. To ensure that the customers you are supporting have a high level of customer satisfaction. What you\'ll need to succeed At least 3 years of working experience as a system analyst with focus on in-house software, applications and IT infrastructure support. Technical proficiency with Microsoft applications, Windows or Linux Servers, Network, and SQL database. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
