:Job Summary:onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Operations team. As a System Analyst, you will support the continuous improvement of onsemi enterprise applications to ensure systems are effectively meeting business objectives. You will provide ongoing applications support including testing, training, accounts setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to obtain business process requirements to support the design and development of technical solutions to meet business needs.Responsibilities:Performance ObjectivesThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to:\xc2\xb7 Maintain business systems and processes including setup, data migration, and configuration
\xc2\xb7 Point of escalation for incidents and requests
\xc2\xb7 Develop test cases to support user acceptance testing
\xc2\xb7 Document business processes including data flows and interfaces
\xc2\xb7 Develop training materials, deliver training, and provide end-user guidance
\xc2\xb7 Review, analyze, and define \xe2\x80\x9cAs Is\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cTo Be\xe2\x80\x9d systems and processes
\xc2\xb7 Develop business process specifications, slides, diagrams, and flowcharts to move from the \xe2\x80\x9cAs Is\xe2\x80\x9d state to the desired \xe2\x80\x9cTo Be\xe2\x80\x9d state
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with solution architects to finalize the design and obtain stakeholders buy in
\xc2\xb7 Execute to plan including milestones, timeline, KPIs, and status reportingCompetencies
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills
\xc2\xb7 Data analysis skills. Ability to analyze complex data and turn it into actionable information

\xc2\xb7 Process management / process improvement\xc2\xb7 knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Vision.Qualifications:Requirements:\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science or equivalent degree from an accredited international university
\xc2\xb7 3+ years\' experience in Supply Chain roles including supply chain process improvements
\xc2\xb7 Understand supply chain business processes and techniques
