Job Description

The System Analyst (Enterprise Asset Management & CMMS) is responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solutions to optimise asset performance, maintenance processes, and operational efficiency.

• Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar role.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting EAM and CMMS systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles, maintenance strategies, and CMMS functionalities.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with EAM and CMMS software platforms (e.g., BM Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, etc.).
• Knowledge of system integration technologies (APIs, web services, etc.).
• Experience with reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
• Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• System Analysis & Design:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for EAM and CMMS systems from various stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
• Design system workflows, data models, user interfaces, and integration points with other enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA, etc.).
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system changes.
• System Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead or participate in the implementation of new EAM and CMMS systems or upgrades to existing ones.
• Configure system settings, parameters, and workflows according to business requirements and best practices.
• Develop or customize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights into asset performance, maintenance activities, and KPIs.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration activities to ensure smooth system deployment.
• System Support & Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for EAM and CMMS systems, resolving user issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Apply system patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure system security, compliance, and functionality.
• Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Training & User Adoption:

• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on EAM and CMMS system functionalities, workflows, and best practices.
• Promote user adoption and engagement with the systems through communication, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement initiatives.
