JOB SUMMARY The system analyst is responsible to maintain and improve both of backend and frontend systems and software applications. JOB RESPONSIBILITY 1. Maintaining and improving existing systems and applications. 2. Study and design new systems, application, and frameworks. 3. Testing, troubleshooting, and supporting for technical issues. 4. Examining existing system and new applications, identify potential risk and planning of risk mitigation. 5. Collaborating with Project Management Team, Business Analysts and System Development Team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent. 6. Creating and maintaining system guideline and SOP. 7. Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports. 8. Involve in structuring business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for projects and enhancements. 9. Producing specification and technical requirement for new projects or enhancements. 10. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured system diagram and framework. 11. Coordinate and perform testing activities internally within XOX as well as externally. JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Familiarity with design software and technologies. 2. Critical thinking ability. 3. Problem solving ability. 4. Ability to work methodically, work under pressure and to tight deadlines. QUALIFICATION 1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in computer science or relevant field. 2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. 3. Proven working experience in software quality assurance. 4. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. 5. Good knowledge of REST/ SOAP and Postman API testing. 6. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
