System Analyst

Job Description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Work Location: Semenyih, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:



- Plan and design a full internal system for garment order, production, and delivery tracking.

- Analyze operational needs and prepare technical documents such as FSD, ERD, workflow, and SOPs.

- Liaise closely with the management and development team.

- Propose automation and integration improvements to streamline operations.

- Coordinate system testing, debugging, and enhancement cycles.

Requirements:



1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Software Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2-3 years experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.

3. Skilled in business process modeling (BPMN/UML), workflow design, and requirement gathering.

4. Able to translate real garment production processes into a structured digital system.

5. Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or workflow platforms is an advantage.
