Job Description

To implement, develop, integrate and support DRIVE project: D365.

• DRIVE project: D365 implementation, development, integration and support.
• Study, verification and monitoring, and refining SI-vendor\'s solution to fulfill business requirements.
• Design, development, testing, post implementation support and maintenance/enhancement on Regional application.
• Source / version control, deployment, D365 upgrade/release evaluation as well as auto-testing facilitation.
• Produce and maintain documentation from user requirements, functional as well as technical document.
• Study, propose and implement new IT solution to support business and application improvement.
• Supervise Ricoh DRIVE developer(s) and reports to Hong Kong IT Development team SA/Manager.

• Degree in Information Systems / Computer Study or IT related
• At least 5 years\' experience in application development, testing and support, with min. 1-2 years in supervising / leading development team
• Practical experience in MS D365 (FO and CE) cloud development, implementation, source code control and deployment, upgrade release verification, application performance monitoring
• Sound logical mind and strong analytical skills
• Good resource/task management, communication and documentation skill
• Sound knowledge on D365 FO and CE features, schema and architecture, administration and OOTB tools
• Familiar in X++, CDM, Dataverse, D365 OData, Dual Write DevOps (pipeline), Logic App, Web Job, D365 power platform plugin
• MS SQL, C#.NET/MVC, MS Power Platform, MS cloud / Azure development services
• RSAT, Selenium, RPA and auto-testing skill
• ADL, Synapse, Data-Factory, Azure analytics, ServiceNow a definite advantage
• Fluent in English. Ability to speak Cantonese will be an added advantage
