System And Project Engineer (process Automation/dcs)

Job Description
You will be responsible on the full lifecycle for control systems development, from initial concept to final implementation including designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
- Develops and documents new control systems from concept to qualification.
- Designs and develops control programs for process/factory/facilities automation..
- Outlines and reviews electrical switchboards and control panels.
- Conducts factory and site acceptance tests.
- Works with vendors and contractors to resolve start-up issues.
- Provides training and support for control and monitoring systems.
- Troubleshoots and eliminates control system issues.
- Collaborates with other departments and subcontractors.
- Provides technical support and resolves customer issues.
- Responds to production disruptions.
- Extensive programming experience in Step 7/ TIA/PCS7 programming for Siemens PLC and WINCC (advantageous). Allen Bradley, and other PLC.
- Or familiar with DCS.
- Willing to travel extensively (Local and Oversea).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly analytical and attentive to detail as well as proactive at work.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to integrate control systems with other resource planning and management systems.
- Must be familiar with measuring current with multimeter and reading electrical wiring diagrams.
