is responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment to ensure they operate according to design specifications and performance standards. This role involves hands-on technical work to validate system functionality, optimize performance, and support project completion in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Debug and test Energy Storage System (ESS) products, including Industrial & Commercial and Utility-Scale systems.
Debug PCS, EMS, BMS, Fire Protection, Liquid Cooling Units, and Battery Systems.
Apply ESS subsystem principles to perform basic system commissioning.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong independent working ability.
Troubleshoot ESS primary and secondary power systems independently, using commissioning tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and ground resistance meters.
Requirements:
College diploma or higher in
Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or Power Distribution
(preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical commissioning or power project commissioning; ESS project experience is an advantage.
Solid understanding of Li-ion battery fundamentals, ESS principles, and relevant safety management regulations.
Proficiently use office software, while maintaining a hardworking, disciplined, and responsible work ethic.
Low-voltage Electrician Certificate is mandatory.
