-Provide first level post-sales support for sales team and channel partner, analyzing new/current customer workflows and designing, documenting, and implementing Clients Large Format Printing solution.

-Ensure all after-sales support and service maintenance for the machine and print server installation is carried out as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).

-Collaborate with service engineer and sales teams to deliver beyond client satisfaction level.

-Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of Clients processes, system and tools related to configuring, pricing, and promoting the Large Format Printing solutions to channel partner and end customer.

-Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, innovations, and competitive solutions.

Requirements

-Degree/Diploma in Computing with knowledge in IT infrastructure and project management.

-5-10 years of professional experience in digital printing, graphic design, color management and large format printing.

-Experience in the Large Format industry specifically supporting high production environment in technical consultative selling and account management.

-Have in-depth knowledge of workflow solutions from Print Service Providers.

-Ability to demonstrate tailored workflow to Print Service Providers.

-Strong troubleshooting as well as commercial skills and demonstrate creativity to help solve complex solution integration issues.

-Programming experience in AFP (Advance Function Presentation) and/or IPDS (Intelligent Printer Data Stream) and/or LCDS (Line Conditioned Data Stream) would be an added advantage.

-Ability to train sales team member, channel partners and end customers in the efficient operation of a comprehensive production workflow.

-Matured, professional, and demonstrates ability to work independent.

-Team player and able to maintain a positive outlook.

-Excellent presentation, analytical, printing troubleshooting skills and committed to achieving goals.

-Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide.
