Administering and troubleshooting complex WAY4 systems built on Oracle Database, that serve as the backbone for WAY4 Payment Processing solution.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for managing and maintaining internal and customer\'s Oracle database systems, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance. This includes installing, configuring, and upgrading database software, as well as monitoring and tuning WAY4 database instances for performance optimization.

Responsible for documenting changes, creating technical documentation, and providing necessary reports on database performance and maintenance activities.

\xc2\xb7 Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database-related projects and pre-sales activities. This includes providing technical support, hardware sizing and estimation, assisting with database installation and maintenance tasks, as well as participating in projects to ensure the successful delivery and optimisation of WAY4 solutions built on Oracle Database. * Willing to travel overseas and probably stay about 3-6months for project support

Qualification:

• Oracle Certified DBA

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, primarily UNIX/RHEL and Windows-based

• Experience working with Apache Server and Tomcat

• Knowledge of cloud architecture (AZURE, AWS, Oracle Cloud), or relevant cloud database implementation experience is a bonus

• A citizen of Malaysia, or who is legally able to work in Malaysia, and does not require any visa or work permit assistance from the organisation
