Job Responsibility

• Works proactively with cross-functional team members during the product development process
• Document and communicate results with team members
• Participate in architecture definition and lead designing of embedded system products through the product life cycle
• Troubleshoot and provide bug fixes promptly to ensure smooth system operation and usability
• Perform detailed verification of the design in the lab to ascertain the design margins
• Provide technical documentation upon completion of a project or system enhancement
• Identify the system issues, determine the cause, and implement the solution
• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the system delivered to end-user
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Good PCB design experience
• Knowledge of controls, motor and sensors theory with some coding ability
• Had previously completed system and board design for electronics, electrical or mechanical products (added advantage)
• Working knowledge of various standards with regard to PCB manufacturing and assembly techniques
• Creates complex printed circuit board layouts and documentation from schematics using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Support Bill of Material (BOM) development for new and updated schematics
• Should have very good debugging skills for hardware/software
• Strong lab and benchtop skills for hardware bring-up, testing, and characterization. Signal measurement and test report delivery
• Fluency with schematic design
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team
• With or without experience
• Must communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel verbally and written in Bahasa Melayu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
