Job Description

As a PHP Developer, you will be working for a company that values its employees and offers a friendly and supportive working environment. You will have direct input into the technical direction of the organisation and will influence the way in which the solutions and the systems are designed, built, and managed. Your primary focus will be on the continuous development and management of an operational Learning Management System (LMS). You will be the primary contact for matters relating to the LMS. You enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about technology and have a willingness to explore and learn new technologies. Duties:

• Improve and manage the operation of WordPress-based LMS;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the LMS and technology management issues within the Group;
• Prepare and maintain data, content, and personal information within the LMS for education and continuous learning programmes;
• Assist with administrative submissions and report generation;
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to collate all requirements and to develop short term and long-term technology solutions;
• Participate in design assignments for brochures and flyers as and when required;
• Keep social media sites up-to-date and promoted;
• To administer the company\'s Zoom Application; and
• Keep up with the latest web development trends, technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Degree or Masters in the relevant fields;
• Candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience as a PHP Developer;
• Have a good understanding of OOP & Code design;
• Able to use and design MySQL databases;
• Must have relevant experience in working and coding with WordPress;
• Have a good HTML4, HTML5, XHMTL, XML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge;
• Have experience on General Web Server administration via Plesk; and
• Having experience with an LMS system is an added advantage.

Additionally:

• The candidate must be able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Comfortable using Zoom and Microsoft Teams;
• Have basic video and flyer editing skills;
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
• Must be comfortable working with a non-technical team; and
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
