YNY Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a confident and inquisitive candidate to join our team as a System Engineer.
You will fit in perfectly if you can:
- Developing technical proposal and/or providing technical support for new business opportunities.
- Perform requirement gathering, understand customer needs/pain point, engineering research, calculations and provide solution
- Produce project documentation such as design calculations, technical reports, system architecture, process flow chart, operation manual and preparation of Functional Design Specifications according to customer requirements.
- Responsible for the design of the User Interface for SCADA/Dashboard/MES that fits the specification of Customers.
- Perform FAT, SAT, UAT, Commissioning and troubleshooting of SCADA system, MES system and/or OT/ IT Systems
- Installation, Integration and testing of OT/IT based software, which will include control systems, network configurations and database interfaces.
- Coordination of OT/ IT Project Execution activities with third party vendors, subcontractors, project partners and customer.
We would appreciate it if you:-
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Computer science / relevant engineering field.
- Knowledgeable and hands-on experience of AVEVA Wonderware Products (Wonderware System Platform, InTouch, AVEVA EDGE, Historian)
- Knowledgeable in PLC and SCADA/ DCS software and Experience in Installation, Integration and testing of OT/IT based software will be added advantages.
- Experience in MES application, equipment utilization, OEE, manufacturing operation and improve production efficiency will be added advantages
- Experience in requirement gathering/analysis, design and build, dashboarding/data visualization
- Good command of English, able to converse in various dialects will be added advantages.
- Willing to travel when required, able to work under pressure and meet project deadline.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independently to achieve target.
- Strong desire and ability to continuously learn new products and technologies.
Plus Points if you have knowledge on:
- VB and scripting language.
- SQL and SSRS reporting service.
- Industrial protocol such as OPC server, Modbus etc.
- UI/UX design concept and processes.
