Location:

Wisma Sri Wonder, Lintang Sungai Pinang, Georgetown

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Office-based & Onsite Support)

Remuneration Package:

RM4,000 - RM7,000 (basic) + travel allowance + phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Servers, virtualization platforms, Active Directory, and backup/restore solutions. Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues, monitor project schedules, and assess support needs. Provide technical support to the sales team and ensure infrastructure issues are resolved within agreed SLA. Manage project planning, documentation, and stakeholder updates. Implement and configure solutions such as VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, and backup tools. Troubleshoot and resolve system infrastructure issues in a timely manner. Work under pressure and be available for after-hours or standby duty when required.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, backup solutions, and server/storage systems. Knowledge of WINS, DNS, DHCP, NFS, LDAP, and security management. Proven experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments. Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam and StorageCraft Disaster Recovery. Knowledge of SAN, iSCSI, and NAS solutions. Experience with Microsoft Azure or Dell enterprise solutions will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. High level of commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work after office hours and perform standby duty when needed.
