Open Position: System Engineer, Microsoft (IT Based Company)

An IT Based Company is currently hiring a System Engineer, Microsoft to come and join them in the Johor office.

Key responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven working experience of at least 3 years with a strong focus on Microsoft server technologies.

\xc2\xb7 Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft server environments, including Windows Server operating systems and related services.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely upgrades and patches to ensure system security and stability.

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing Microsoft system-related inquiries and issues.

\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese language.
