Providing technical assistant, support resolution and professional consultation to all customers
To provide technical support, system maintenance and hardware installation for contract maintenance customers.
To complete project implementation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Providing technical and professional assistance to sales personnel to meet the customer\' requirement
The applicant must initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
Participate and work closely within the department and also across the entire team and company
Work as a team player within the company and with partners & principles and customer
In addition to the harboring Customer Relationships, it is also expected to develop and maintain good relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors
