For this, we work in close partnership with AXA entities.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for design and implementation of new workplace infrastructure solutions

\xc2\xb7 3rd line support (troubleshooting, incident and change management)

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and execute planned maintenance/upgrades (security patching, operating system and tooling upgrades, ...)

\xc2\xb7 Industrialization of the Operational Processes

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain Operational and Technical documentation

\xc2\xb7 Drive knowledge transfer to 1st and 2nd level support teams located in offshore

\xc2\xb7 Ensure security and audit guidelines are correctly implemented

\xc2\xb7 Market watch on new trends and technologies for the workplace

Qualifications

Technical skills

Mandatory

• In depth experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services
• Excellent knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 & Android
• Excellent knowledge of MS Intune and AzureAD
• Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations.
• Good understanding of network engineering and security principles
• A/V hardware knowledge: Lenovo, Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Cisco

• Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
• Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines
• ITIL knowledge is recommended
• Experience with Agile framework and working in Scrum teams is a value add.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
• Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
• Flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter
• Excellent customer service skills, including end-user support experience.
• Interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
