Key responsibilities

• Oversee / review Procurement Software [COUPA] process flow to ensure way of working PO Raiser on the right track.
• Provide guidance to PO Raiser for cross function communications in trouble shooting the task issue / roadblock.
• Weekly follow up / cross check Open Text status with PO Raiser to ensure close the outstanding GRN/PO issue.
• Quarterly review Open POs status with PO Raiser to ensure PO close in timely and minimize outstanding/delay in system.
• Quarterly review volume of PO / workload of PO Raiser for identify the workload split require following by increase of production volume.
• Oversee SAP execution stability on site.
• Monitor and review closely for various SAP data/report from online entry. Further identify the gap and troubleshoot for execution enhancement opportunity
• Troubleshooting SAP error request from cross function (WM/QM/WIP/PPDS/SC) as per request or any incident occur.
• Review SAP Incident Ticket from time to time to ensure all incident resolve timely.
• Support traceability tracking analyst to Quality team for product complaint / recall /quality check concern /Audit as per request.
• Daily review Process Order TECO status, to ensure total production volume capture on time to met the closing period and tally as per finance records.
• Weekly cross check Down Time Report to ensure correct reason code capture in PI Sheet for ease of tracking purpose.
• Weekly review VERP scrap status from Process Order to identify the losses factors (BOM usage/ Backflush entry / scrap % allocation).
• Weekly review Cook Trace status to ensure all entry traceable as per output Goods Receipt.
• Weekly review OEE report provide from Global Team, troubleshoot the data error once identify the root cause.
• Monthly review Monthly review PEX KPI Dashboard for further enhance the execution gap in shopfloor and end user\'s entry.
• Quarterly join PEX Global Call to discuss and explore system enhancement opportunity for Site.
• Assist CI Lead to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing and associated processes.
• Liaise with head of departments to enhance Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instructions and to ensure that improvements are standardised and sustained.
• Work closely with the In Process Quality Manager and Production Managers to ensure that the continuous improvement programmes are successfully carried out.
• Data Collation - Obtain key data relating to priority problems for the site. Know the source of all data generation on site and be able to tap into any data stream quickly. Ensure all data is accurate.
• Facilitate team development by providing structure, training and time to all team members, CI sustainability.

• The System Improvement Engineer should be in possession of a Degree in Engineering/Food Industry from a recognized university.
• The System Improvement Engineer should have a minimum of three years working experience in Food / Process industries.
• Experiences in SAP and Continuous Improvement
• Experience in Safety 14001, GMP and HACCP systems will be essential.
• The System Improvement Engineer should be able to express ideas effectively in both individual and group situations. In addition, he/she should be able to organize and express ideas clearly in written document.
