Website: www.ancilesolutions.com ** ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create and maintain document as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records using MS Office products like Word and Visio.
- Able to work independently to support any network related cases
- Support of LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, hubs, switches, WAN-accelerators and other hardware
- Conduct research on network products, services, protocols and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry
- Identify, diagnose and resolve network problems as needed
- Willingness to travel to other states in Malaysia
- Willing to work after office hours if required
- CCNP in routing/switching or security is an advantage to apply
- Ensure that SLA are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved ** Skills
- Have good communication skills among colleagues, distributor and principals
- Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and support network devices such as firewalls, network switches, routers, VPN, wireless access points and IP Telephony ** Required Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT related field.
- At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of hands-on security technical experience preferred.
- Possession of Cisco CCNP, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE certification is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
