Responsible for the daily operation of the Primary District Control Centre (PDCC), serving as the first point of contact for any complaints, monitoring client district situations, and escalating information to third parties for action or acknowledgment. Ensure efficient operation and functionality of all mechanical and electrical installations and equipment, including Electrical Supply System, Tunnel System, Security System, Fire Protection System, Mechanical System, Water Supply System, and all district maintenance services. Supervise repairs and maintenance for all mechanical and electrical system breakdowns. Respond to 24-hour emergency calls within the stipulated response time as per contract. Manage and maintain accurate maintenance records and filing systems. Update the PDCC supervisor on any service delivery issues, short- or long-term maintenance or asset replacement needs, or compliance matters. Manage crises and emergencies at all times, reporting incidents to relevant authorities while escalating through established policies and processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
