System Product Executive Pasir Gudang (ref: Av)
Job Description
Evaluate material and printer capabilities, providing technical support and solutions to customers.
Prepare sales technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data, technical info, and application trends.
Gather business requirements and develop technical solutions from customers or the sales team.
Create and test software/system updaters/installers, including configuration changes for future needs.
Ensure compliance with configuration requirements for all equipment, hardware, system software, applications, data files, settings, customizations, and internationalization (languages).
Record and manage spare parts inventory to maintain adequate stock levels for sales demand.
Create and update product brochures, website content, and social media channels (SNS).
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Required Skills:
Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualifications. Proficient in written and spoken English. Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. Experience and knowledge in handling computers, printers, and photo imaging equipment is an advantage. Good communication skills at all organizational levels. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge in design and content creation for SNS is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Experience:
Product Executive: 1 year (Preferred) technical support: 1 year (Preferred) knowledge in handing computers / printers & Photo Imaging: 2 years (Preferred)
