$ 2,700.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Post Graduate degree, Professional degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, knowledge in oil and gas is advantageous.
Affinity with software development preferably with understanding of software development cycle.
Applicant should be Sarawakian or hold relevant residence status
Applicant must be willing to work in Kuching.

Spanish speaking will be added advantage
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and to work with a diverse group of employees.
Able to work on shift, travel and work beyond the normal business hours when required.

Applicant must be willing to work in shift (Morning/ Afternoon/ Midnight)

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls - preliminary troubleshooting and simulation of issues and gather basic troubleshooting information.
Ticket management - log and follow up on Open tickets in the IDS ticketing system, provide timely status updates to customers and ensure tickets are solved (including escalating / forwarding tickets, as appropriate) within applicable service parameters in accordance with the relevant IDS service level agreement (\xe2\x80\x9cSLA\xe2\x80\x9d)
Acceptance testing and Outbound calls - Test fixes uploaded by technical team to verify fix and notify all customers for closure of tickets
All other services as may be reasonably required of a person serving in a similar capacity of competent ability.
General \xe2\x80\x93 to undertake such additional / miscellaneous duties from time to time to assist the Help Desk team and IDS Group function effectively as a whole.
