Job Description

Summary: To assist manager to provide technical support for company\'s computer systems and network to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. This job exists to troubleshoot and resolve the basic technical issue, monitor system performance and update system data upon request. Besides that, he also need to assist manager to test the system enhancement request before develop to production server. Key Responsibilities: Providing technical assistance and support for desktop, laptops and other end-user devices. Tracking and managing IT Asset including hardware and software licenses. Assist Manager to test and minimize the system bug for any system customization enhancement project. To ensure the reporting accuracy provided to end user on time and also data upload process via exchange schemes. Work closely with warehouse team to improve productivity either inbound & outbound process. Monitor the LN master job process is running well and M barcode process is no interruption by system process. Establish the proper system SOP and ensure all departmental follow and compliance to the process. Support all other system operation activities and any other duties as required. Willing to handle others ad hoc duties assign to him. Job Requirements: Possess Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 1 to 2 years of related working experience Good command of spoken and written in English, Malay and Chinese *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
