Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:
- Provide technical support to resolve end-user issues promptly and effectively.
- Offer ERP system support, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365) & Microsoft Business Central (Cloud)
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related problems efficiently.
- Coordinate with project consultants on system upgrades, enhancements, or new feature requests.
- Support activities related to system setup, configuration, testing, and reporting to ensure smooth operation.
- At least Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree
- At least 2 years experiences in providing technical support for ERP system.
- Good understanding of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics / Cloud)
- Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, C++, web programming, and MS SQL Server is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, and CRM solutions are preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
