ORGANISATION
A Global IT Support Organization, delivering enterprise services that comprise of end-to-end lifecycle of IT identity and access provisioning and a single request process that enables end-users to utilize roles aligned to their job on the day the access is required for use, recertified as required, fully auditable and revoked if access is no longer required.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND SCOPE
The IAM Business Analyst/Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between clients, Global Access Administration (GAA), and IAM product development/build teams, working closely with developers, project manager, support team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Global Access Administration organization has a global charter that is principally responsible for ensuring proper control of access to Abbott IT and data assets for enterprise computer platforms and applications on a global, regional, divisional, and local basis.
  • Works under general supervision, act as liaison between IT and business areas. Develops and documents detailed processes on direct support of business functions.
  • Detect and report incidents and problems encountered during access request provisioning, recertification, and lead initiatives to resolve and implement
  • Determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, follows proper escalation paths and managing customer relationships
  • Responsible for creating and providing all different types internal & external operation metrics.
  • Provide input and recommendations to improve daily operations within the department
  • Resolve incidents via the IT Service Management System per documented SLA timeframes and according to Abbott security policies
  • Respond to more complex, escalated enquiries from team members and act as trainer and technical and/or process resource to less experienced staff and customer base

  • Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security.
  • Must be able to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to management.
  • Maintain individual development goals and objectives with leadership support and guidance, then pursue completion of established objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and fast paced environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills for coordination and testing of application integration
  • Active Directory account administration -OR- Microsoft Exchange account administration -OR- Application Account Administration
  • Favorable: ITIL3 certification at foundation level (or more)
  • Strong working knowledge of desktop, mobile related hardware and associated operating systems, peripherals, and related infrastructure
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferred.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.


SUPPLEMENTAL EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Able to perform in a multi-cultural, international, virtual IT support organization.
  • Skillful to record support activities in procedures that are part of the job.
  • High level of accuracy in work performed.
